  • 28.34 g cuban rum (aged)
  • 14.17 g banana liqueur
  • 14.17 g coffee liqueur
  • 28.34 g cream
  • 28.34 g milk
  • banana

directions

  • Fill a sling glass to the rim with crushed ice.
  • Put a small amount of crushed ice in the blender container.
  • Pour aged rum of cuban type, banana liqueur, coffee liqueur, cream and milk over the crushed ice.
  • Close the lid on the blender and run until the drink is smooth. Add some more liquid if it's too hard, and more ice if it's too runny.
  • Pour the drink into the sling glass.
  • Garnish with a banana (slice).

  4. well I made this twice and the second time I took CD's advise and increased the milk which made it even better, this is a very potent drink and very rich, thanks for sharing Booms, DH and myself enjoyed this!
     
  5. Mmmmm!! I loved it! I added all these ingredients (used heavy cream and 1% milk) to a shaker filled halfway with crushed ice and strained into a cocktail glass! Such a lovely combination of flavors. Thank you, Boomette!
