Loved it ! I adopted you for Pick-a-Chef Spring 2007 and we liked this recipe a lot. At first taste there almost seemed to be not much heat, but WRONG, it kicks in with a vengance after a few seconds. I used dried chilies and cut the recipe down for just the two of us while we taste tested this. Now that I know that both of us like it I will make more of this and keep it in a bottle in the fridge. Of your three chili sauce/dip recipes I tried I personally liked this one the best as the sweetness of the chili sauce gave more of a balance to the fire of the chilies and the garlic was there too, fighting a little to be heard, but there.. I used 3 cloves even though I cut the serving size down as we adore garlic. Please see my rating system: a wonderful 4 stars. Thanks!
