This is a really good dip. It is also half way healthy
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 3⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 cup unsalted peanuts, chopped
- Blend first four ingredients well.
- Add peanuts.
- Chill for several hours & serve with apple slices.
This is really good. I balked at putting in the third quarter cup of brown sugar, but decided to obey the recipe and go for it. It is really good on apples, but I think it would still be good with a little less sugar. I sprinkled the chopped nuts on top. Good recipe and easy too! Thanks! Made for Aussie/NZ Recipe Swap #14.
