      In a triple layer of foil, slice potato and onion. Crumble meat over, sprinkle on gravy mix and butter. Wrap securely and toss on the coals.

      loved these......and super easy. I used "I Can't Believe Its Not Butter" Spray, and sprayed the foil, put the potatoes and onions on, misted them, seasoned them with Montreal Steak Seasoning, crumbled the meat over the top, crumbled the meat over the top, and misted it again. Tossed them into the coals and listened to them sizzle. They were great. HINT: I'm rather neurotic about bacteria, so I used disposable food service gloves for crumbling the meat, so that I wouldn't have to worry about bacteria on my hands
