- 44.37 ml mustard, French's Spicy Brown
- 8 slice Italian bread, thick
- 8 slice ham, cooked
- 8 slice swiss cheese
- 2 butter, softened
- Spread 1 t mustard on each slice of bread. Layer ham and cheese on 4 slices of bread. Cover with top half of bread slices, mustard side down. Spread tops of sandwiches with half of the butter.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Add the sanwiches, buttered side down, in the pan. Spread the tops wth remaining butter and cook for 6 minutes, turning halfway or until brown. Cut in half and serve hot. Serve with additional mustard.

Made 2 sandwiches one for the DM and one for me using a wholegrain mustard and wholegrain bread and toasted in the sandwich press so butter was not needed. Will certainly be doing again but will try a different mustard. Thank you mightyro_cooking4u, made for Edition 9 - Make My Recipes.
