ingredients

• 14.79 ml sambal oelek (Indonesian hot sauce, adjust to taste)
• 59.14 ml rice vinegar
• 59.14 ml soy sauce
• 2.46 ml sesame oil

directions

1. Mix ingredients in a small jar and shake.

This was really good. I was afraid to add so much sesame oil, but it was just the right amount. Very easy and nice spice and heat. I served it with steamed dumplings. Thanks for posting.

Super!!! This is the dipping sauce I have been looking for and I didn't even realize it when I tagged it! I added the hot sauce last so that I could taste it without & with. Fantastic without & with the heat. I added the hot slowly because I wasn't sure how hot this sauce was going to be, but it was just right.
