5 stars for a easy quick simple but tasty potato dish. Its a keeper for sure.
Delightful and could not be easier. I halved the recipe, used a pie plate for baking & used Smart Balance Light instead of the butter with good success. Served with grilled salmon and steamed snap peas. Thank you Audrey for sharing the recipe. It is one I am sure to return to.
Delicious, easy way to do potatoes! I cooked at 475 in an 8" square pan for about 40 minutes & the potatoes were just starting to get crispy.
Excellant , tasty potatoes and quick too!! I just used one potato, a small baker; there are just two of us, worked out perfect. Instead of butter I used Becel light margarine to cut some calories. We really loved the dill and seasoned salt flavour, lovely combination. Thanks for posting we will be making these again. — Oct 29, 2005
These are GREAT!! I was doing a turkey and the oven was at 325, so I diced them small, followed the recipe and baked them for two hours, 1 hour covered. And easy too - no rushing around at the last minute to mash the potatoes while you're trying to make gravy!!! thanks:)))
