This is from Pamela Smith's Healthy Living Cookbook. I found this in Total Wellness leaflet. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Mix light cream cheese with dill, herbs, seasoning, pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. Spread cream cheese mixture on flour tortilla; top with radicchio leaves, sprinkle with lettuce, cucumber, and tomato. Roll tortilla burrito-style and fasten with two toothpicks. Cut in half.
  3. Serve with 1/4 cup cucumber dill dressing for dipping and 1/4 a cantaloupe.
