Light, easy shrimp dish. Preparation time does not include chilling time.
- Bring 1 quart water to a boil with salt and dill.
- Lower heat, add shrimp and let simmer 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add lemon and let shrimp cool without draining.
- When cool, pour off liquid and chill shrimp in refrigerator.
