  1. Combine pasta, chicken, tomato, celery, onion, and parsley in a large bowl; set aside.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl, mixing well.
  3. Pour dressing over pasta mixture, and toss gently.
  4. Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors.
