I love fresh homemade dressing and this is so easy to make. I served it on a side salad with My Scalloped Potatoes for a great, easy supper. Thanks for posting CJAY. Made for Zwizzle Chicks for ZWT6 Family Picks.

Love the dill, love the dressing, Loved especially the lemon in this dressing. Tart but nicely so. Served on fresh spinach, and herring salad. Made for ZWT 6

I found this dressing a bit tangy (or tart?). It complements a sweet lettuce, like iceberg, best I think. Made for ZWT 6.

Made as written for ZWT6, this dressing is an ingredient-friendly easy-fix & has the advantage of being very low-calorie & non-fat. It's very authentic for the regional cuisine as is, but we found it a bit bland. The addition of salt & pepper (to taste) + even a little sugar better suited our taste pref. Served over a bibb lettuce salad w/various adds & despite care taken to wash & *dry* the lettuce, the dressing was also more watery than we prefer. Others may well see it perfect as is & some will see it as an excellent foundation that is easily modified to suit pers pref. Thx for sharing your recipe w/us.
