This is perfect for poached or grilled salmon. Let the sauce sit for at least an hour (over night is best) to allow the flavors to blend.
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons cucumbers, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried dill
- 2 teaspoons chives, minced
- 2 teaspoons green onions, minced
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- Combine sour cream, cucumber, dill, chives, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
