I havent made this but its suppose to be very good on fish especially salmon. Its sounds like a great change from regular tartar sauce.

I really enjoyed this simple recipe. I used it for my baked salmon, instead of using tarter sauce. It has a tangy flavor and the dill really brings the flavor out. Next time I make this, I will not add any salt. I know the recipe doesnt call for it, but its a habit for me to put salt in just about anything. With the lemon juice and dijon mustard, there is plenty of salt already in it.
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
