ingredients
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 2 cups flour
- 1⁄3 cup melted butter
- salt (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
directions
- Mix potatoes, flour, salt and dillweed. Add melted butter and mix well.
- Knead until the dough pulls away from the bowl.
- Roll out on a floured board and cut.
- Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 350 degree for approximately 15-20 minutes.
