- 198.44 g uncooked pasta (corkscrew or twisted)
- 226.79 g salmon fillets, cooked, chunked
- 473.18 ml cheddar cheese, cubed 1/2-inch
- 78.78 ml red pepper, cubed 1/2-inch
- 29.58 ml green onions, sliced
- 78.78 ml vegetable oil
- 59.14 ml lemon juice
- 4.92 ml dill weed
- 2.46 ml garlic salt
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
directions
- cook pasta accoding to package directions, drain and rinse with cold water.
- in large bowl stir together all ingredients, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- cover refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- To cook salmon, place in 10" skillet cover with water, cook over medium heat until salmon flakes with fork.
