I just made this for supper tonight and it was excellent. The only thing I altered was using low fat sour-cream, adding a chopped dill pickle and a little bit of mustard. I thought it was a little bland before I added the extra ingredients, but boy was it perfect afterward. I can't wait to try it with a bit on chopped onion as well.

I just made this potato salad and put it in the refrigerator to chill. Have to admit, I sampled quite a bit of it before I ever got it there! This is excellent and I am really anxious to have it for dinner tonight (I was so excited, I didn't read the part about the overnight refrigeration) and leftover tomorrow. I added a bit of yellow onion and like the addition of the texture. This is definitely a keeper for me!

This is as good warm as cold...I may make this as a warm side dish one night...I used sour cream substitute cause I am serving this along side chicken and I can't mix dairy and meat...I think I probably trippled the amount of dill because we love it so much and I left out the parsley 'cause I am lazy :) The only thing I may do next time is add some onion, either green or yellow. Otherwise this is wonderful, simple, and tasty...thanks for posting!

Dill-icious! The dill gives it such a refreshing flavor. It really is important to let chill sveral hours as written... the dill flavor gets even better. I used reduced-fat sour cream and added chopped onion. Hard-boiled eggs would be great in this, too. I'll have to try that! Thanx for posting.

This is a great alternative to basic potatoe salad. It has a fresh taste and is a snap to prepare. You won't have any left overs with this one. For an even fresher taste, you can add celery.

This is how I always make my potato salad - all potato/no egg! I LOVE the dill, too! The best best best potato salad ! I must now add that my 18 month old grandson was just crazy about this, too! All during supper he keep signing for more and more! Thank you!

I love dill & I love potato salad. However, this was not as good as I had wanted it to be. It was very heavy and not refreshing. I made it for a office party and there was a lot left over. Great idea but the recipe needs some tweaking.
