This is lovely drizzled over smoked salmon and avocado !
- 1 1⁄2 cups good quality prepared mayonnaise
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon horseradish cream
- 2 tablespoons dill, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers, chopped
- rock salt
- black pepper
- Mix all together.
- Season to taste.
- Serve with salad.
The capers and lime make this mayo especially delicious. I made 1/4 of a batch using Best Ever Homemade Mayonnaise. I stirred it into chopped, cooked prawns and served on sourdough toast. Perfect for lunch.
Very nice. I halved the recipe to serve 2 of us and used it for Oven-Fried Zucchini Sticks. We love zucchini sticks. Made for Everyday Holiday Tag. :)
