  • Heat oil in skillet on medium-high heat.
  • Add shrimp and saute 1 minute.
  • Remove shrimp to a dish.
  • Add sherry to skillet and simmer 30 seconds.
  • Add mustard and cream and mix well.
  • Return shrimp to skillet for 1 minute.
  • Add pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with chives on top.

  1. I added some garlic (which I always do)! I like Dijon mustard, but next time I would cut back on the amount I used. It does go well on rice and that seemed to tame it a bit...
     
  2. this was so quick and simple to prepare- and the kids liked it for it's simplicity. dinner was on the table in under 15 minutes. i served this over rice
