Dijon Rosemary Marinade

"Delicious used on poultry, lamb, or pork. Marinate chicken 1-2 hours. Marinate lamb or pork 2-6 hours."

• Yields: 1 1/4 cups

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup Dijon mustard
• 1⁄2 cup olive oil
• 1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
• 1 (2 ounce) envelope herb with garlic soup mix (Lipton)
• 3 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary (or 1 tablespoon dried rosemary)
• 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

directions

1. In a small glass bowl, whisk the ingredients together until well blended.
2. Use immediately or pour into an airtight container, cover tightly, and keep in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
