Dijon Pork Chops

"Yummy and so easy! One of our family's favorites. This was originally a microwave recipe, but we doubled the sauce and bake it in the oven."

  1. This is a great recipe! DH loved it and he normally does not really like pork. I did it all in a skillet instead of baking and it was great.

  2. Very nice chops! I was going to use honey mustard, to make it a little sweeter, but I stuck with the Dijon and I'm glad I did, as the sauce has a terrific flavour. I cut back on the cooking time as my chops were thin, and I chose to thicken the sauce on the stovetop after I took the dish out of the oven and plated the chops, rather than add the cornstarch at the beginning. I also added 1/4 tsp of rosemary; it's not my favourite herb but I thought it would marry well with the orange and mustard, and I was right. The recipe is simple to follow, the instructions are clear, and it was easy to put together. Thanks for posting!
