Very nice chops! I was going to use honey mustard, to make it a little sweeter, but I stuck with the Dijon and I'm glad I did, as the sauce has a terrific flavour. I cut back on the cooking time as my chops were thin, and I chose to thicken the sauce on the stovetop after I took the dish out of the oven and plated the chops, rather than add the cornstarch at the beginning. I also added 1/4 tsp of rosemary; it's not my favourite herb but I thought it would marry well with the orange and mustard, and I was right. The recipe is simple to follow, the instructions are clear, and it was easy to put together. Thanks for posting!
