Dijon Nut Wings
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 1 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 cup almond powder
- 1 cup fine seasoned bread crumbs
- 4 cups safflower oil
- Wash & tip chicken wings. Pat dry. Coat wings with Dijon mustard.
- Mix almonds with bread crumbs. Toss wings into mixure.
- Heat oil to 180°C Cook in small batches for 10min. Reserve hot in oven while other batches cook.
