This is such a simple, 4 ingredient dish. You don't even have to turn the fish when grilling.
- 8 (1/2 lb) swordfish steaks (1-inch thick)
- 1⁄4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 5 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- Pat fish dry and brush with lemon juice.
- Spread one side of fish with mustard and add a slice of butter.
- Grill fish, marinade side up until just opaque-about 12-15 minutes.
- Do not turn the fish.
Easy and delicious. Great recipe!
