  1. This was a super-easy dish to make, but I thought the mustard was overpowering for the mild fish. I used flounder, but I might try it again on a thicker fish like cod or haddock, and maybe reduce the amount of mustard, and possibly add some tarragon. I didn't have dijon mustard on hand so I used a basic brown mild mustard from Trader Joe's. I don't think having dijon would have changed my review though.

  2. Since flounder is so expensive, I had to half this recipe to feed 2 people. But... it was delicious! I love the Dijon flavor, and the bite from the green onions. I'll make this again with tialpia, as it is more afforable. But I LOVE it with flounder!!

  3. Well...I have DISCOVERED my new, favorite-of-all-time (WOW!!!) fish recipe. Wish I could give this 10 stars: ********** (there you go!) This doesn't just go in the Zaar cookbook--no--this gets printed off on NICE paper and 3-hole punched & put in the "Tried & True" recipe book on the shelf. Wow, Parsley, that is BIG time for me! :-) I used tilapia, and did everything as is (except I completely forgot the butter...but that didn't matter--there was enough "juice" from the fish itself....and I added a can of mushroom stems & pieces on top of the fish). Man-oh-man, this was so good. The *only* thing I WISH I'd've done differently: I should have made MORE! MMMM!!! *Made for ZWT 3 French Region*
