- 1 (8 ounce) packagesoftened cream cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle thousand island dressing (may use diet variety if you wish)
- 1 hard-boiled egg, diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Combine cream cheese and salad dressing.
