Being I am watching calorie, fat, carb and protein I am developing some of my own recipes. This happens to be the first one.


  1. Cook chicken then cut into bite size pieces.
  2. Pour over cola and ketchup.
  3. Let cook on stove top for about 30 minutes over medium.

This was so easy and had a lot of flavor. I used skinless boneless chicken breasts instead of thighs though. When I first put it all together I thought it was going to be too thin of a sauce but it thicken up and coated the chicken nicely. Thanks for the recipe

This is a WW recipe that I've used for a couple of years...excellent! I've made it with diet Coke, diet Pepsi, and diet Dr. Pepper. All three options work well! We usually serve it over rice with a side of steamed broccoli for a nice rounded meal!
