This was so good. Original recipe comes from Peggy Vdouj from our community cookbook for Patrick Cox, the teenager that died of a heart attack. I love Brandy so you might want to start with 1/4 cup but I used 1/2.

Definitely a delicious and velvety smooth drink, Nimz. We really enjoyed sipping on this wonderful cocktail. It was refreshing and had a wonderful kick from the brandy and crème de cacao that we both really enjoyed. Made for the Spring 2014 Pick-A-Chef event.
- 1⁄4 cup Creme de Cacao
- 1⁄4 cup Cointreau liqueur
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup brandy (or to taste)
- 2 -3 cups vanilla ice cream (or enough to make it the consistency you like- I like it thin)
