This is a simple, delicious salad dressing that I got from my friend Diane. I make it every time we have Rueben sandwiches and double it so there's plenty for salad the next day. You'll never buy store bought again after trying this easy recipe. As with most recipes, this tastes better the next day after flavors blend.
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup catsup
- 1⁄4 cup chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1⁄8 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt & pepper
- Blend all ingredients together by hand mixing in a bowl.
Made this for DH as it is his favorite dressing. He loved it and I thought it was pretty good as well. Will make this often. Much better than the bottled stuff! Thanks for posting this Claudia. Made for Zaar Cookbooks Tag.
Great recipe!! First tried it as written. The second time (and every time after that), I used lowfat mayo, subbed dill relish for the green onion, and omitted the olive oil. Lower fat and tasty! Thanks!
Yummy! I halved the recipe and served it with a spinach salad. Thanks!
