- 7.39 ml unflavored gelatin
- 29.58 ml cold water
- 566.99 g package frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed plus juice
- 39.43 ml artificial sweetener
directions
- Soften gelatin in cold water.
- In a heavy saucepan bring strawberries and juice to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until soft.
- Add softened gelatin and stir til completely dissolved.
- Cool.
- Stir in artificial sweetener.
- Chill before serving.
