Directions

  1. Peel, pit and quarter plums.
  2. Combine water, clove, bay leaf, cinnamon stick and sugar replacement into saucepan.
  3. Bring just to boiling.
  4. Add plums.
  5. Bring back to boiling, reduce heat and cook 5 minutes.
  6. With a slotted spoon, remove plums to heated serving dish.
