Diabetics should not use orange juice concentrate -- it's loaded with fructose (aka fast-acting carbohydrate otherwise known as fruit sugar or, simply, sugar). A better (and quicker and easier choice) would be to whir a combination of ice cubes and Sugar-Free Orange (or your favorite flavor/flavors) DaVinci syrup in a blender or Magic Bullet for great snow, slushy, or granita. A variation would be to add some citrus-flavored sugar-free soda.

Marla is so right. Too many people do not understand what she said. Diabetics can not have concentrated OJ, even if it is diluted with water. One substitute, if sold in your area, might be Pepsi brand Orange Twist drink that is only 5 calories.
