Very nice! I read this a couple of nights ago while looking for a good diabetic dessert for my mom. I knew of banana pudding, but really needed to know a good order to layer it. This worked out really nicely! I used ff/sf chocolate pudding, because she LOVES chocolate (I come by it naturally!) and I added a few wafers to the top for a little extra since she's used to a MUCH heavier dessert. This fit the bill perfectly and left her not feeling guilty about "indulging". Thanks!people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Yum... My first recipe made for Pick A Chef this round and it was fabulous! I don't know why I had never thought of doing this..(I mean, I know it is a traditional pudding and I have had it before but have never attempted to make it!) I used instant pudding instead of cook and serve and used banana pudding as I was out of vanilla. Very good taste and was enjoyed by all!people found this review Helpful.
