- 1 lasagna noodle, cooked
- 1⁄4 cup spaghetti sauce
- 1⁄3 cup cottage cheese
- 1 ounce mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 tablespoons green peppers, sliced and diced
- On small baking sheet spread noodle with sauce, top with remaining ingredients.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
