Another niffty recipe from my friend Kim. No Sodiumm no fat, and only 30 calories.
- 2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
- 3⁄4 cup club soda, chilled
- 2 cups cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
- 3⁄4 cup orange juice, chilled
- ice cube
- lime slice
- Combine the chilled ingredients in a punch bowl just before serving.
This isn't really very diabetic, with orange juice and cranberry juice cocktail - both are loaded with sugar.
