Try this for something different to drink whether you are diabetic, or merely watching your calories
- 1⁄4 cup unsweetened frozen blueberries
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup club soda, chilled
- 2 teaspoons artificial sweetener
- In a blender, whirl all ingredients until smooth.
- Serve in a tall glass.
