Really good muffins. Moist and flavourful the next day. I halved the recipe - using 2 eggs and used ordinary whole wheat flour adding 1 tsp baking powder. Bob

I accidentally hit "submit" before typing info! These came out great. I was looking for lower calorie comfort foods while watching calories. These are moist and good for the sweet tooth if you're watching calories and/or sugar intake. Thanks for posting these!
