- Blend cream cheese and sugar together.
- Stir in whipping cream and beat with mixer until stiff.

I gave this recipe five stars, because, even though it did not work for me, it does make the base fora truly awesome cream cheese frosting! I only had 1/2 and 1/2, so no amount of whipping would work. Silly me! So I threw i stick of butterin quite a lot of powdered sugar, the rest of the cream cheese, somevanilla, and voila! The best cream chees frosting Ihave ever tasted! Thanks! Another fluke turned fantastic!
This worked very well for me. It was much better than some of the other mock recipes that I have tried. I really like the subtle flavor and the stable consistency.
