Devinely Skinny Coleslaw

"ZERO, yep Zip Zero Weight Watcher points per 3/4 C. Serving. This is enough to cover 1 sm head of cabbage and 3-4 carrots. It may look under-dressed when you first finish, but the cabbage will loose some water after it sits and it will be perfect in 1/2 hr or so! This is a variation on my mother's coleslaw dressing. Hope you enjoy! Cook time is resting in the refrigerator time."

  3. Very decent coleslaw. Even my miracle whip hating husband enjoyed it. Sweeter then I'm used to, but a nice coleslaw.

  4. I made this using cabbage and carrots with the ingredients as written. I usually like a creamy type coleslaw, but really enjoyed this one. The celery seed added agreat flavor to it. Maybe a pinch more celery seed would of been better. You may want to rest it for more than 30 minutes. We had this for lunch with a 45 minute rest time and thought it was a solid four star at that time. I just finished the leftovers after 4 hours in the refrigerator. The 4 hours greatly improved the flavor. I would make this even if not on a diet.
