Outstanding! I used shrimp only, and I honestly did not miss the other meats. I also skipped the rice. The flavor from the marinade is incredible. I followed the recipe for that part exactly, using Ellie's Jamaican Spice Mixture for the seasoning. This is sure to become a summer staple for me, and I like that I can switch up the proteins and it'll still be delicious. Thanks so much!!

Yummy! We used the marinade overnight to just marinade some chicken breasts for the grill. It was delicious!! I can't wait to try it with the other meats and veggies! Thank yoU!

This is fantastic! We made it for a Caribbean-themed Father's Day dinner (complete with Pussers Painkillers - yum!) and it was a HUGE hit. My dad, who is a great cook and prefers his own food to even restaurants, couldn't stop saying, "Mmmm" long enough to say "Thank you!" This is definitely a keeper, though we had the same issue as others with the mango falling off. The ones tucked into the onions worked the best.

My son and I just LOVED these! We made it a "family" project and by the time we sat down to eat them our mouths were watering! Delicious! I made these exactly like the recipe!

These were great. I used the Jamaican Spice Mixture suggested & it was perfect. I made as per the recipe, except that I left out the shrimp & forgot to put the onion onto the skewers  The only problem I had was that the mango chunks cooked very quickly & fell off the skewers as we were eating, but it wasn't a big deal for us. I made these as part of an Iron Chef-style mango challenge for a dinner party last weekend. I'm so glad I finally got to try this recipe, as I ran out of time during ZWT3. Thanks for this keeper.

I agree, the mango makes this dish!! I used baby portobello mushrooms...yum! Made for the family that I cook for, and they were licking their fingers! This is a keeper, guaranteed to impress. Thanks!

Yum yum yum. Didn't use the shrimp though cos my partner doesn't eat it (he's a sissy ha ha) substituted this for pork. The flavour was great, I didn't have the pineapple on mine because I don't like cooked pineapple, but I don't think this meant the flavour wasn't there. I served it with warm pita breads and a bit of lettuce. Thanks!

I made this for ZWT III and it was really good. I loved the variety of vegetables, and I loved the versatility of choosing my own jerk seasoning (I used Caribbean Dry Jerk Seasoning). We didn't put shrimp on ours (because we were grilling some other shrimp at the same time), but otherwisemade this according to the recipe. We loved the rum soaked fruit, and those of us who are not Jerk freaks really liked the amount of seasoning on this. The Jerk freaks in the family were upset because you could still taste the chicken and the beef through the Jerk! :) So they gave it a 3. This also made for really good tacos, just scoot everything into a tortilla. I served this with Coconut Lime Rice. Devilishly Divine, indeed! :) Thank you.
