  1. Roll steak strips in flour.
  2. Brown strips and minced onion in hot oil in a skillet. Stir in 2 tablespoons flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until meat is tender.

This was excellent. The sauce was outstanding. However, I think I must have cut the meat in the wrong direction, because supper was chewy. Well done!
