- Cut meat into thin strips, coat with flour. In skillet, brown meat, onion, garlic in hot oil.
- Stir in water, tomato sauce, vinegar, horseradish, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Cover and simmer for 45 to 50 minutes, or until meat is tender.
- Fill warm crepes with meat mixture; fold over and serve immediately.
- Makes 10 to 12 crepes.
