Another recipe to get you out of the kitchen in the summer.


  1. For sauce, combine catsup, water, worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, salt & pepper.
  2. Trim fat from meat.
  3. Grill meat on uncovered grill directly over medium-hot coals for 6 minutes. Brush with sauce.
  4. Turn & grill to desired doneness, allowing 6 to 9 minutes more for medium, brushing frequently with sauce.
  5. Brush any remaining sauce over meat before serving.
