Yummy, I pesonally think that most deviled eggs are great. These ones are too. Don't be afraid of the wasabi or lime, both are mellow and blend in well. I topped with Indian curry powder and think next time I'll use something a little lighter as those flavors sort took over.

Really good! I love the flavors, and I will make these again. **Updated to add that I have since made these time and time again, and they are always so good - perfect balance of flavor. I also serve them with a little pickled ginger for decoration as in the picture I submitted, and it adds a nice decorative (and yummy) touch.

If these eggs are evidence, T. Woolfe was a creative and talented cook. The ingredient proportions pleased everybody at the family get-together and the curry powder and chive garnish put them over the top.

Loved the flavor of the eggs. I used 1/8 tsp. of Wasabi paaste and did not heed the chefs advice of heeping 1/8 tsp. Was a little afraid, but definitely would of liked a little extra Wasabi flavor. Can't wait to try again.

Excellent flavour! I was making potato salad and so hard-boiled an extra egg so I could make this as a snack, and I'm so glad I did. The wasabi/lime combo gives an unusual, gentle flavour boost to a traditional favourite; in particular, you know the wasabi is there but it doesn't hit you over the head with too much of a punch. I used Penzeys wasabi powder and bottled key lime juice I brought home from a Florida vacation. I'll definitely be making these again, and they're going into my personal cookbook as "Woolfed Eggs" in honour of our dear departed Zaar friend.

This is the best devilled egg recipe I have had so far, has a lovely kick to it. Didn't exactly measure any of the ingredients, but used everyone of them. A definate keeper this one.

Made 4 of these little babies for supper tonight - yum! Comfort food with a kick. Be sure to sprinkle on the curry powder generously, or even add a little to the egg yolk mixture. Really nice well-balanced blend of flavours.
