Yummy and simple eggs. I added a little bit of prepared mustard to the mix and everyone loved them. Thanks Stella Mae for a great appetizer. Made for Cookbook Tag.

These are very good :)
Stella Mae! I figured you were from Texas with that recipe!
I make them like this and also add a little prepared mustard and sometimes omit the onions.
Simple and yummy!

These were very good! They were tastier the next day, so I would advise others to make extra and hide them to eat the day after. My mom and I had these along with beef barbecues Barbecue. My mom, sister and I all agreed that we must have these again. I was a little nervous about not having ingredient amounts, but I just added a little of each at a time, until it tasted good and had a good consistency. I didn't change anything.
