  • Peel the eggs and cut in half.
  • In a bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard, olives, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Carefully fill the eggs with a tablespoon of the mayonnaise mixture.
  • Lightly sprinkly the top with paprika for color.
  • Chill.
