Deviled Eggs

Each serving is 1/2 a egg. I found this in a magazine. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.

Ingredients:

Serves: 12

Yield: 12.0 deviled ...

• 6 hard-cooked eggs , cooled
• ½ teaspoon dry mustard or 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
• 1 dash pepper
• 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, salad dressing or 3 tablespoons sour cream
• 1 ½ teaspoons vinegar
• ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Garnish

• paprika or chopped parsley

Directions:

1. Remove shells from eggs and halve lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks and place in small bowl.
2. Mash yolks with fork and add remaining ingredients except paprika; mix until fluffy. Fill egg white halves with yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika or garnish with parsley.
3. Tip: For Crab-Stuffed Deviled Eggs, add 1/4 cup drained flaked crab meat.

Very tasty. I did add a touch of salt to mine. I hesitated to add the full amount of vinegar, but it was the perfect amount.
