directions

  • Slice eggs in half lengthwise, and carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks with mayo. Add relish, mustard, salt and pepper; stir well. Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle with Paprika.
  • Tips; for pretty eggs, pipe yolk mixture into egg whites with a decorative pastry tip.
  • If you want your eggs, to stand up on the plate, and not wobble around, slice off a very small bit on the bottom of the white, so they sit flat.

  1. Yum. This is usually the way I make deviled eggs. I did add a little bit of minced celery to add a little crunch. Thanks for sharing.

  2. Everyone raved about them. My son said they were "perfect". I prefer mine without the relish, but if you have relish/pickle lovers in the family, give this recipe a go. You won't be disappointed!

  3. This is a basic recipe. I think it is a start to something that would taste great. Standing alone it is a little bland. Finely chopped onions would help

  4. Eggs-actly how I make my deviled eggs. So simple, yet so good!!! I find that the pickle relish clogs all but the largest decorative tips, so be careful if piping. I also only use freshly ground pepper with a little coriander in the mix and use more than a dash!
