I made this for a work potluck and it was a hit. Everyone loved it and it was easy to make.
Wow these were very good. I doubled. Followed lisap32 suggestion and added 1 tea of Tony C's creole seasoning.
This is fantastic. Cutting the potatoes into quarters or eighths makes them more manageable, other than that I didn't change a thing.
This is so Fabulous. I was going to a company party and was in charge of potato salad. A good deviled egg potato salad is so expensive in stores so i made this one. It was a HUGE hit. Almost everyone asked for he recipe. I made a few days later for the family and my husband, who is very picky, loved it. The only thing he asked for diffrent was more bacon (no suprise). This Potato salad is the bomb! Thanks for posting!
So good!!!! Warm or cold! I made this yesterday for my sister's Valentine's Day Bbq. I doubled the recipe and the only thing different I did was add some Tony's Creole Seasoning. I will definetly be making this at every get together!!! So easy you must try!! Beware VERY addicting ;)
I found this recipe and I decided to try it. My husband and I loved it. The only thing I was skeptical about was the amount of pickles used in the recipe. I decided to just use 2 instead of four due to not being very fond of them. For personal taste I added a small amount of paprika and discovered the best deviled egg potato salad recipe I have tried. I understand the balance with the bacon and the pickles they work well in this recipe.
I wasnt sure what type of pickles to use (sweet or dill), so I used 2T sweet pickle relish instead. I use spicy brown mustard. It turned out great! My husband loved it! So easy to make.
All in all its pretty yummy! I doubled the recipe so I can split it into two dishes for my partly vegetarian family. However I think it calls for too much mustard... I also didn't add in the pickles or juice because it despise them. Everyone loved it!
