  1. In a large bowl, combine the butter, vinegar, mustard, paprika and pepper.
  2. Spread over chicken thighs.
  3. Place in a greased 11x7" baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 15 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with the cashews.
  7. Bake 7-12 minutes longer or until chicken juices run clear and topping is golden brown.
