Directions

  1. Combine flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Mix together shortening and sugar; add egg and cocoa. Add flour mixture, milk and vanilla. Mix well. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Prepare filling by mixing all ingredients together.
