  • 1 slice poundcake
  • 12 peach (from a can of peaches in syrup-drained)
  • fresh whipped cream

  • Lay the slice of pound cake on plate, spoon the whipped cream on it (use about 4 tbsp) and top off with the peach half.
  • Gently push the peach half down into the cream.
  • Looks just like a fried egg.
